The Uber Perks program allows an entity to purchase prepaid Uber credits on behalf of a set of Uber users approved by a designated representative. The entity purchasing the Uber credits is referred to in these terms as the “Company”. The users receiving the Uber credits are referred to in these terms as “Recipients”. The designated representative is referred to in these terms as the “Administrator”.
By signing up for or participating in the Uber Perks program, the Company hereby expressly acknowledges and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement.
